3. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided by PHC Palm Harbor Concrete are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Actual costs may vary if site conditions, material costs, or project requirements change. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. After 30 days, pricing may be subject to change based on material costs and availability.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. Typically, a deposit may be required to secure your project date, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

You are responsible for payment in full even if you are seeking reimbursement from insurance or other third parties. Any disputes regarding payment must be raised within 10 days of invoice date.

5. Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we make every effort to meet scheduled dates, timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays as soon as they are known.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties on workmanship and materials will be outlined in your contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, extreme weather events, or changes made by others after project completion.

Concrete may develop minor cracks due to settling, temperature changes, or other natural factors. We will address any defects resulting from our workmanship as outlined in your contract.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including utility locations, property lines, and any relevant permits. You must ensure clear access to the work area and inform us of any potential hazards or concerns.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will assist with permit applications when requested, but final responsibility rests with the property owner.

8. Limitation of Liability

PHC Palm Harbor Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for those services.

We maintain insurance coverage as required by law. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the issue being discovered.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be outlined in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun.
